RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • Refunds are not accepted, only exchanges are accepted on eligible items.
  • FINAL SALE items are not exchangeable.
  • You may make an exchange only once for eligible items.
  • It is the customers responsibility to pay for shipping on exchanges.
  • The item(s) being sent back must be in original condition, showing no signs of wear, and tags must still be attached.
  • Please email erika.pacifichi@gmail.com to issue an exchange.
  • All exchange emails must be submitted within 30 days of purchasing.
  • Please ensure you are using an insured and trackable delivery method as PACIFIC HIBISCUS is not responsible for any returns lost in transit. Please keep tracking details for your records.
  • Be sure to include your order number on your exchange form and return the package to the address on the form.
  • Once received, we will send you an email confirming your exchange has been processed. 
  • Your exchange will then be shipped within 5 business days.
